Well, here’s a long story short…I basically had a gnarly shoulder accident (not from dancing!)…and went through the loooong process of healing “frozen shoulder”…
Once my shoulder was more healed and my body was ready to move more…I started dancing again as soon as possible… And also, eek, my wedding was all of a sudden 3 months away…

Not through painful or boring workouts…but by really ENJOYING the process…and the relatively FAST…round, bubble booty results!
In the weeks leading up to the Halloween parade…I used these bootylicious workouts (the Home version mostly) to get this shape…and “re-bubble” my own booty!

It's fun to do…and it's a lovely compound, multi-joint movement…and if you properly prepare for it…it will leave you feeling energized...
